When is one required?
- All residential applications (new dwellings)
- All non-residential major applications
What must it include?
A completed sustainable construction checklist.
This is a less onerous document than an energy statement. It enables applicants for smaller residential developments (1-9 homes) to provide the information required in the form of a checklist. Applicants for major development will need to submit both an energy statement and this checklist.
