Request bins and recycling containers
Use our online form to order additional recycling boxes, blue cardboard bags and food caddies - a delivery charge applies. You cannot use the form to order wheelie bins. Please see information below.

If you are waiting for a recycling box, you can present your recycling in carrier bag sized plastic bags tied at the top if you need to. Please do not present extra recycling in cardboard boxes or other plastic boxes. Please ensure that recycling is separated in the same way as you do in your recycling box:
- Plastic bottles, pots tubs, trays and steel/aluminium cans
- Paper
- Cardboard and brown paper
- Glass
If you are unable to put your bins out for collection, for example if you are elderly or have a disability, we may be able to help with an assisted collection.
Lost and stolen wheelie bins
Please contact customer services to order a replacement bin.
The first time your bin goes missing, you don’t have to pay for a new one but will need to pay £4.99 (£2.99 if you are on benefits) for delivery.
If your bin has gone missing more than once in two years you will need to pay for a new one. View the FAQs about ordering additional containers for more information about lost/stolen and damaged bins.
Ubico will aim to deliver new bins as soon as possible, but it could take up to 30 days. If you have not received you bin after four weeks please contact customer services by emailing cleansing@cheltenham.gov.uk or call 01242 262626.
Additional bins
You cannot purchase additional wheeled bins. Please use all recycling facilities available to you.
