Have you had a sticker?
Slim your bin, help reduce the amount of waste you generate
Reduce, reuse or recycle your waste and slim your rubbish bin

If you have been given a pink sticker or a letter, you have too much waste in your green refuse bin - we will have taken it this time but you should reduce your waste for your next collection. Find out more information on how to slim your bin.
Sorry, if you have a red sticker your extra waste will not have been taken. To help you, this time only, we will come back and take this for you, if you can take out all the recyclable items and pop them in your kerbside recycling boxes. Once you have done this please contact customer services on 01242 262626 to arrange a collection. Find out more information on how to slim your bin.
Recycle right, help by sorting your recycling.

If you have been given a pink sticker or a letter please sort your recycling into the right recycling boxes and bag - we will have taken it this time but please make sure you sort your recycling for next time. For more information on how to sort your recycling please visit our recycling pages, or download our handy recycle right guide.
Please note: glass and paper must be separated for health and safety reasons. Glass can be put into the same box as paper if the glass is put into a carrier bag sized plastic bag and popped into the recycling box. This is to prevent cuts to operatives from broken glass mixed with paper. If you only have one box for all your recycling please use a separate bag to separate your glass.

Sorry, if you have a red sticker your unsorted recycling will not have been taken. To help you, this time only, we will come back and take this for you if you sort your recycling into the correct boxes and bag. Once you have done this please contact customer services on 01242 262626 to arrange a collection. For more information on how to sort your recycling please visit our recycling pages, or download our handy recycle right guide.
